Basic Irrigation
Drip irrigation is the most efficient method of irrigation; it works by applying water slowly, directly to the soil. Water soaks into the soil before it can evaporate or run off and is only applied where needed - at the roots not sprayed everywhere.
Basic systems consist of individual water emitters connected by a feederline to a main line or tubing with built in emitters in turn connected to a water source managed by an irrigation controller.
